About US
We're Mitchell and Michele Byrd, the co-founders of Mitchell’s Black Angus Beef and Crawfish Co. Our journey started about 5 years ago after meeting, falling in love, and discovering we had a shared interest in healthy food and cooking. With Mitch’s culinary background as an executive chef, and growing up in Louisiana, and Michele’s experience growing up helping her chef father with his catering business, this led us to create Mitchell’s Black Angus Beef & Crawfish Co. We specialize in clean, grass fed beef, crawfish, and wild-caught seafood. In addition to selling these raw products, we also make our own gumbo, étouffée, shrimp tamales, bread pudding, and other Cajun specialties for individuals, businesses and any event that wants something delicious & different for their guests. We are dedicated in providing our customers with the best products. When we're not busy cooking all this amazing food, you can find us on Greers Ferry Lake, or visiting with our grand babies. We believe that building strong relationships and providing exceptional products is at the heart of everything we do, and we look forward to connecting with you.
